Goal: To maximize the space of this 680 square foot NYC apartment.

Solution: Prewar architectural elements were restored and showcased as the focal point and
co-exist with modern furniture and finishes. The limited light was enhanced by using light neutrals and limited window coverings.

Result: A gem in the heart of the upper east side. An apartment that maximizes every inch and does not feel cramped.
